The Personal Assistant (PA) will deliver extensive administrative, organizational, and personal support to the Principal, effectively balancing professional office responsibilities with lifestyle and personal management. Organize and coordinate meetings, record detailed minutes, and diligently track action items to ensure timely completion.
Organize and oversee both digital and physical records to ensure a streamlined filing and documentation process.
Ensure the utmost care and confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
Provide comprehensive personal assistance and manage a variety of errands efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedules with precision and discretion.
Perform personal errands, including shopping, banking transactions, item pickups, and delivery services, as needed.
Procure necessary household and personal items as needed to ensure adequate supply and support operational requirements.
Responsible for managing home maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Manage bill payments, handle renewals, and perform various personal administrative duties as needed.
Coordinate various appointments, including medical consultations, salon services, and family obligations, ensuring timely scheduling and adherence to commitments.
Deliver consistent, day-to-day personal assistance to efficiently alleviate the Principal’s workload.
Foster strong communication and stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining relationships with key partners, ensuring transparent information flow, and addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Facilitate collaborative discussions to align objectives, gather input, and resolve conflicts, thereby enhancing trust and cooperation across all levels of engagement.
Act as the primary liaison for the Principal’s office, addressing inquiries and facilitating communications as needed.
Prepare and manage official communications in accordance with provided directives.
Facilitate seamless exchanges of information between the Principal and key stakeholders, including staff, clients, and external partners, ensuring clarity and alignment in all communications.
