You will report directly to the Head of Architecture (Hoad). Strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, independent thinking, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure are critical to success in this position. Attendance at weekly Command Centre Meetings and involvement in policy development aligned with the Safritecture Business Model are by invitation only.
The (Mad)CC oversees the enhancement and efficiency of Safrititecture’s operations, ensuring streamlined processes while fostering staff development initiatives to elevate overall organizational effectiveness.
Additionally, you will formulate strategies for enhancing business operations, provide guidance to department leaders, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
The position entails executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, developing policies, supporting budget formulation, and conducting human performance evaluations. Fundamentally, this is a forward-looking role rather than a responsive one.
