We invite applications from dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-focused educators to fill the role of CRS & History Teacher within our secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate will facilitate dynamic instruction in Christian Religious Studies (CRS) and History, fostering both academic excellence and the holistic growth of students’ moral and character development.

Execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Serve as a pivotal liaison between senior management and departmental teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment with company-wide initiatives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all functional areas. Oversee budgetary management, resource allocation, and financial reporting maintaining fiscal responsibility and transparency. Drive innovation through data-driven insights, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and measurable results.

Deliver instructional sessions in alignment with established teaching frameworks, approved curriculum plans, and institutional policies to ensure consistent and effective educational delivery.

Employ dynamic, student-focused instructional strategies to deliver compelling lessons in both Christian Religious Studies (CRS) and History.

Develop comprehensive lesson notes, assignments, projects, classroom activities, assessments, and examination materials that strictly adhere to established curriculum guidelines.

Oversee students’ academic advancement and evaluate the efficacy and thoroughness of educational strategies and instructional approaches, offering constructive feedback as needed.

Identify students with unique learning requirements and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to implement tailored support plans.

Maintain order within the classroom, enforce approved disciplinary measures for minor infractions, and ensure serious disciplinary matters are reported to the Sectional Head without delay.

Offer compassionate pastoral care while nurturing students’ holistic growth in academic achievement, moral integrity, emotional resilience, and social engagement.

Grade students’ assignments, tests, projects, and examinations with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely and thorough evaluation of their work.

Continuously monitor and report on students’ academic progress, behavior, and accomplishments.

Build and sustain productive communication channels with parents or guardians to discuss students’ academic performance and well-being as needed.

Foster the development of positive values, ethical conduct, integrity, and civic responsibility in students while cultivating essential leadership skills.

Play a key role in fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a positive, inclusive school environment through active participation and engagement.

Engage proactively in staff meetings, school events, professional development sessions, and extracurricular initiatives to foster collaboration and enhance school community involvement.
