Kong Online Nigeria Limited is in search of a proactive and technically adept Facility Management Officer to supervise the upkeep, safety, and operational performance of office facilities and warehouses. The preferred applicant will be tasked with guaranteeing that all facilities, equipment, and support services operate optimally to foster a secure and productive working environment for staff and visitors.
Oversee and execute critical duties essential to the role, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Oversee the repair and upkeep of office furniture and fixtures to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
Create and enforce maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Oversee and regulate energy consumption across all facilities to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while managing waste disposal and treatment operations.
Oversee the planning, execution, and management of office renovation, relocation, and facility enhancement initiatives.
Oversee the strategic allocation and efficient utilization of office space to ensure optimal productivity and resource management.
Cultivate positive interactions and professional rapport with landlords, government entities, utility providers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, or communications. A minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role is required, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.
