African Natural Resources & Mines Limited (ANR ML), established in 2012, was formed as part of African Industries Group’s strategic initiative to advance its Steel Production through Backward Integration. Initially venturing into mining, ANR ML secured its first Mining Lease in Kaduna State. Since then, the company has expanded its operations by acquiring additional Mining and Exploration licenses for various minerals across over 15 sites, with active exploration activities underway.
