Execute and manage earthworks activities, encompassing cut-and-fill operations, precise grading, leveling, surface dressing, and slope formation.
Prepare construction sites meticulously by marking and setting them up in strict alignment with approved drawings and project specifications.
Oversee all phases of building construction, beginning with the foundation and extending through to final project completion, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
Oversee drainage installations and Plain Cement Concrete works to guarantee adherence to established quality benchmarks.
Responsible for overseeing and verifying bar bending schedules, shuttering operations, structural layouts, surveying tasks, and geometric alignments.
To maximize the efficient use of labor, materials, and machinery, ensuring alignment with project objectives is essential.
Oversee workforce and subcontractor-related challenges, elevating critical matters to the Site Engineer or Area Manager as necessary.
Provide assistance to the Quality Department by conducting material testing, collecting concrete samples, and performing quality inspections.
Oversee site operations to guarantee their safe and efficient execution at all times.
Compile daily labor reports and track site progress meticulously to ensure accurate documentation of ongoing activities and project milestones.
Collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and key project stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development or a related technical role. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable. Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL, is required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Must demonstrate proficiency in testing and debugging methodologies to ensure software reliability and performance.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of four years of experience in buildings, roads, and earthworks is required. Familiarity with industrial construction projects, including warehouses, equipment foundations, substations, and electrical buildings, is beneficial when serving in roles such as Site Engineer or Project Engineer.
Proficiency in civil construction, earthworks, building construction, and infrastructure projects is essential.
Proficient in slope stabilization techniques, cut-and-fill operations, drainage system design, and construction methodologies.
A strong command of AutoCAD and construction planning is essential for this role.
Proven ability to conceptualize ideas, oversee projects, and resolve complex issues effectively.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending engineering drawings and technical specifications is essential.
