Summary

The Civil Site Supervisor oversees and coordinates daily construction operations, guaranteeing high-quality craftsmanship, optimal resource management, strict compliance with project specifications, and punctual delivery of civil works.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies aimed at enhancing efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, ensuring alignment with company goals. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress and address deviations promptly. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining high ethical standards. Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams to facilitate transparent communication and decision-making.

Direct oversight and management of heavy construction equipment operations are essential, along with ongoing evaluation of daily productivity levels to ensure optimal performance and project efficiency.

Oversee and carry out earthworks activities, which encompass cut-and-fill operations, grading, leveling, dressing, and slope formation.

Prepare construction sites by marking and setting them up in strict adherence to approved drawings and project specifications.

Oversee all phases of building construction projects, from laying the foundation through to final completion, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations throughout the process.

Oversee drainage installations and PCC operations while verifying adherence to established quality benchmarks.

Oversee and validate bar bending schedules, shuttering works, structural layouts, surveying activities, and geometric alignments to ensure compliance with project specifications.

To maximize the efficient use of labor, materials, and machinery, ensuring alignment with project objectives is essential.

Oversee workforce and subcontractor-related challenges, promptly elevating critical matters to the Site Engineer or Area Manager for resolution.

Provide assistance to the Quality Department by conducting material testing, collecting concrete samples, and performing quality inspections.

Oversee and affirm the secure and effective implementation of all site operations.

Compile and update daily labor reports and site progress documentation in a thorough and accurate manner.

Collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and key project stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.

Demonstrates a strong command of AutoCAD and construction planning methodologies.

Demonstrates exceptional conceptual reasoning, strong leadership capabilities, and effective problem-solving expertise.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong command of their respective functionalities.

Proficient in interpreting and analyzing engineering drawings and technical specifications with precision and attention to detail.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to lead teams effectively are required.
