Summary

The Civil Site Supervisor oversees and coordinates daily construction operations, guaranteeing high-quality workmanship, optimal resource utilization, strict adherence to project specifications, and the timely completion of civil works.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure the successful operation and growth of the organization, including strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across teams. Monitor departmental and organizational progress, analyze key performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development through coaching, mentoring, and training programs for staff. Represent the organization in external engagements, such as industry conferences, stakeholder meetings, and regulatory discussions, to uphold its reputation and strategic objectives.

Oversee heavy construction equipment operations, ensuring efficient daily productivity through strong leadership and supervision.

Execute and manage earthworks activities, encompassing cut-and-fill operations, grading, leveling, dressing, and slope formation.

Prepare construction sites meticulously by marking and setting them out in strict alignment with approved drawings and project specifications.

Oversee all stages of building construction projects, from laying the foundation to finalizing project completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.

Oversee drainage systems and Plain Cement Concrete operations while ensuring adherence to established quality benchmarks.

Examine and oversee bar bending schedules, shuttering works, structural layouts, surveying activities, and geometric alignments to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

To maximize the efficiency of labor, materials, and machinery, guarantee that project objectives are met effectively.

Handle workforce and subcontractor challenges, referring significant issues to the Site Engineer or Area Manager for resolution.

Provide assistance to the Quality Department by conducting material testing, collecting concrete samples, and performing quality inspections.

Ensure the safe and efficient execution of all site activities through vigilant monitoring and oversight.

Compile and update daily labor reports and project progress documentation to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of site activities.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and key project stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and delivery.

Proven expertise in AutoCAD and proficient construction planning capabilities are required.

Demonstrates exceptional conceptual thinking, leadership capabilities, and adept problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrates advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficient in analyzing and comprehending engineering drawings and technical specifications is required.

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities are essential for this role.
