African Natural Resources & Mines Limited (ANR ML), established in 2012 under African Industries Group, was created to advance its steel production through a strategy of backward integration. ANR ML initiated its mining operations by securing a mining lease in Kaduna State. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio by acquiring multiple mining and exploration licenses across diverse mineral types, spanning over 15 locations, where active exploration activities are currently underway.
