African Natural Resources & Mines Limited (ANR ML), established in 2012 under the African Industries Group, was formed to advance the Group’s strategy of backward integration within its steel production operations. ANR ML initiated its mining activities through the acquisition of a mining lease in Kaduna State. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio by securing multiple mining and exploration licenses across a range of minerals spanning over 15 sites, with ongoing exploration initiatives underway.
