African Natural Resources & Mines Limited (ANR ML) was established in 2012 as part of the African Industries Group’s strategy to achieve backward integration in steel production. ANR ML initiated its mining operations by acquiring a mining lease in Kaduna State. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio by securing multiple mining and exploration licenses across various minerals in over 15 locations, with active exploration activities underway.
