Ensures accurate receipt and issuance of goods, verifying correct quantity, quality, timeliness, location, and cost efficiency throughout the process.
Responsible for managing transportation operations to guarantee punctual and economically efficient deliveries.
Oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and tracking of merchandise transportation from suppliers to retail locations.
Utilize the ERP system to log and manage all materials provided by suppliers and transferred to various units.
The incumbent monitors stock levels to guarantee sufficient availability and promptly communicates critical inventory status to relevant stakeholders.
Oversee the Supply Chain Management function on a weekly basis.
Ensures timely delivery of all required documentation to the buyers and accounts departments for processing suppliers’ payments.
