Drive performance & close deals
Responsibilities include coaching and training team members while ensuring adherence to performance standards and accountability measures.
Design and establish efficient sales frameworks that drive revenue growth and optimize team performance. Develop strategic methodologies to enhance customer acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Construct scalable processes that streamline operations and support scalable expansion while maintaining high standards of productivity and accountability.
We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of 2 to 3 years in sales or team management, demonstrating the ability to drive results and lead high-performing groups.
Proven success in securing deals and consistently meeting sales targets.
Individuals should possess prior experience collaborating within commission-driven teams, demonstrating a proven ability to thrive in performance-based environments where compensation is directly tied to measurable outcomes.
Proficient in utilizing coaching methodologies, recruitment strategies, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance team performance and streamline talent acquisition processes.
