Job Summary

The Team Member for Fintech Partnerships & Ecosystem collaborates closely with the Team Lead or Head to execute the bank’s fintech partnership strategy, enhance the digital ecosystem, and generate tangible business value through innovation, revenue expansion, and operational optimization.

This position is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, integrating fintech solutions smoothly, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, data security protocols, and risk management frameworks.

Overseeing and executing primary duties and responsibilities constitutes the core of this position, which includes leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to drive performance through data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the position requires fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and overseeing the successful execution of key projects. Strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of delivering measurable results are essential for excelling in this role.

Foster the growth of key fintech partnerships to strengthen the Bank’s ecosystem and bolster its competitive advantage.

Identify, assess, and negotiate partnerships with fintech providers that align with strategic business goals, followed by seamless onboarding processes.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to develop and introduce innovative products and services while maintaining efficient project timelines.

Foster expedited market entry for initiatives driven by strategic partnerships.

Develop and oversee collaborative alliances to drive significant return on investment (ROI) and tangible business results.

Leverage fintech partnerships to identify and capitalize on cross-selling prospects, thereby boosting overall revenue generation.

Oversee and enhance the financial and operational outcomes of every fintech collaboration to drive mutual growth and success.

Maintain rigorous compliance with data security protocols, privacy standards, and applicable regulatory mandates across all collaborative initiatives.

Conduct thorough evaluations of potential risks inherent in fintech partnerships while working closely with Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Responsible for facilitating the smooth and effective incorporation of fintech innovations into the Bank’s existing systems and platforms.

Drive the advancement and integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational performance and elevate customer satisfaction.

Compile and deliver regular reports to management that highlight partnership performance metrics, potential risks, and strategic opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Performance Indicators will be utilized to evaluate the effectiveness and progress of the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance standards. These metrics will provide clear benchmarks for assessing contributions, identifying areas for development, and driving continuous improvement. Regular monitoring and analysis of these indicators will support data-driven decision-making, fostering accountability and transparency in performance outcomes.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as project management, business development, or data analysis. The ideal applicant will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, is required. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to evolving challenges are highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field is required.

A master’s degree or a relevant professional certification would be advantageous.

With a minimum of three to seven years of professional experience in banking, fintech, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic partnerships, the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in these key areas to drive impactful contributions.

Demonstrated success in overseeing fintech collaborations or digital ecosystem initiatives, with a strong portfolio of strategic partnerships.
