Job Summary

You will ensure the secure and punctual transportation of passengers to and from designated locations while maintaining vehicles in optimal condition and prioritizing their safety and comfort. Additionally, you must present yourself professionally through appropriate attire and a polished demeanor.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating clear communication and resolving interdepartmental challenges effectively. Lead project teams from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards while promoting accountability at all levels.

Ensure the Executive’s seamless and secure transportation to and from destinations, maintaining the highest standards of comfort, safety, and efficiency throughout each journey.

Ensure the vehicle remains consistently clean and in optimal condition through adherence to a rigorous maintenance schedule, which includes timely servicing and thorough cleaning.

Ensure strict compliance with all traffic laws and regulations to safeguard passengers and other road users.

Devise and adhere to optimized travel itineraries to guarantee punctual attendance at all planned appointments and scheduled meetings.

Provide support for the transportation of luggage and other materials as required.

Consistently demonstrate a polished and respectful approach in all interactions with passengers and colleagues.

Inspect and maintain vehicles and all associated equipment, submitting repair requests to the HR & Admin Team Lead as needed to ensure safe operation.

Maintain precise documentation of vehicle maintenance activities and trip logs.

Perform duties on weekends and in rotating shifts, as required by the role.

Execute various administrative tasks and errands as assigned, which may include visiting the post office or conducting transactions at the bank.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges is paramount. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.

The role requires candidates to meet the following qualifications:

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria must hold an NCE, OND, SSC, GCE, or NECK qualification.

Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.

Effective communication skills are essential for this role.
