A Hotel Receptionist acts as the primary liaison for guests, tasked with delivering an outstanding initial experience while maintaining seamless front office functionality.

Key duties involve managing daily workflows, overseeing project timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables. Address guest complaints and requests with immediacy and professionalism, ensuring courteous and efficient resolution.

Handle payments and generate corresponding receipts to ensure accurate financial documentation and customer confirmation.

Ensure the meticulous upkeep of guest profiles and reservation information with precision and accuracy.

Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and related departments to ensure accurate and timely updates on room status.

Oversee room utilization and occupancy rates to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Maintain a reception area that is consistently clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to all visitors.

Compile and submit daily reports as well as handover documentation for subsequent shifts.

Facilitate the promotion of hotel services and exclusive promotional offers to enhance guest engagement and increase revenue opportunities.
