We seek a meticulous Embroidery Digitizing Specialist to enhance our dynamic team at Embroidery Digitizing Limited. This position involves operating and maintaining embroidery machinery, guaranteeing superior results while meeting strict production deadlines. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving project excellence, enabling us to provide outstanding embroidered products to our valued clients.
Accountabilities:
Play a key role in shaping project designs by deeply understanding the specifications and requirements tied to each initiative.
Operate and maintain embroidery machines to ensure the production of premium embroidered products, handling setup, operation, and upkeep as required.
Ensure strict adherence to production schedules and guidelines to facilitate the timely delivery of products.
Monitor equipment functionality and assess the quality of produced materials, making necessary modifications to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular maintenance and diagnostics on embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance and reduce operational interruptions.
Ensure the work area is consistently maintained in a clean and orderly condition while adhering to all established safety protocols and regulations.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in software development or a comparable technical role. Preferred qualifications encompass expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are also essential. Candidates with prior experience in agile methodologies, system architecture design, or large-scale application development will be given preference.
Required:
A Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science, a Technical Diploma, or an equivalent qualification is required.
Proficiency with embroidery machines and the associated techniques is required.
Proficient in analyzing and understanding design files and technical specifications with precision and clarity.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to delivering superior-quality results.
Preferred:
Proficiency in the operation of embroidery machines or equivalent textile manufacturing experience is required.
Proficiency in embroidery software and digital embroidery file formats is required.
Understanding of color theory principles and fabric properties is required.

Demonstrated expertise in the operation of advanced embroidery machinery, including but not limited to Tacoma, Brother, and comparable manufacturing systems, is required.

Proficiency in machine maintenance protocols and diagnostic methodologies is essential.
