Accountabilities:
Play a key role in project design by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the specifications and requirements linked to each initiative.
Establish, manage, and ensure the proper functioning of embroidery machines to fabricate superior embroidered products.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and established guidelines to facilitate the timely delivery of products.
Monitor equipment operation and assess both machinery performance and quality, making necessary modifications to maintain optimal efficiency.
Conduct regular maintenance and diagnostic checks on embroidery machines to reduce operational disruptions and ensure optimal performance.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Required:
