Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and highly driven NYC Corps Members to enhance our Sales and Marketing team by taking on the role of Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidates will spearhead the promotion and marketing of the company’s products, cultivate qualified leads, and contribute to the expansion of overall sales performance.
Oversee and execute a range of critical responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and organizational success. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals, fostering growth and efficiency across departments. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project completion, meet deadlines, and achieve measurable outcomes. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Serve as a key liaison between departments to streamline communication and foster a cohesive work environment. Additionally, mentor and support team members to enhance productivity and professional development.
Proactively engage with potential customers to showcase and drive awareness of the company’s offerings.
Proactively engage with prospective clients to cultivate new sales opportunities.
Educate clients about the features, benefits, and pricing of the products to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.
Build and nurture customer connections to foster ongoing patronage and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Strive to meet designated sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Gather and evaluate insights regarding customer preferences, industry developments, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decision-making.
Facilitate the execution of promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and on-ground marketing activities.
Diligently document and communicate daily sales performance metrics with precision.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous learning. Knowledge of best practices, regulatory standards, and compliance protocols within the industry is also necessary.
Must currently be serving as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC).
