Job Summary

The Telesales Representative / Content Creator will spearhead sales initiatives through strategic outbound and inbound interactions, craft engaging digital content to showcase the company’s offerings, and provide outstanding customer support. This role will be pivotal in generating leads, enhancing brand recognition, managing customer relationships, and fostering client retention.

Oversee a wide range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals. Monitor progress through regular performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and aligning team objectives with company objectives. Additionally, analyze data to drive informed decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate potential risks. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to uphold organizational integrity and reputation.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls strategically to cultivate leads and successfully transition prospects into paying customers.

Handle incoming inquiries promptly while cultivating a robust and active sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead progression and opportunity development.

Foster enduring partnerships with current and potential clients while ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.

Craft compelling content tailored for diverse social media channels, marketing initiatives, and promotional collateral to captivate target audiences and drive engagement.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies aimed at elevating brand presence and recognition.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, and social media channels.

Deliver precise details regarding the company’s offerings, including products, services, and active promotional campaigns.

Responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions, sales activities, and subsequent follow-ups within the assigned systems.
