The primary aim of this position is to drive strategic initiatives that enhance organizational growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, adaptability to dynamic challenges, and a commitment to delivering measurable results. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity is essential, along with expertise in data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management.

The Support Desk Personnel will function as the main on-site liaison for hospital staff and patients engaging with the organization’s digital technology solutions and oncology access programs. Their objective is to alleviate operational challenges for hospital staff while ensuring smooth patient navigation of program processes and diagnostic services.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, resolve operational challenges, and foster a productive work environment. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and support organizational growth. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Additionally, ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines while providing leadership and mentorship to team members to cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability.

As the primary point of contact for our digital platform, you will deliver technical and digital support by offering system guidance and resolving basic user issues through troubleshooting.

Patient Navigation: Facilitate patient access to program pathways by guiding them through enrollment processes and connecting them with immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services as needed.

Program coordination involves managing and streamlining program processes within hospital workflows while identifying and communicating operational challenges to the program team.

Administrative Reporting: Ensure meticulous documentation of Support Desk operations and deliver regular operational updates and analytical insights.

Ensure strict adherence to NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) and hospital confidentiality protocols in all patient interactions and data management activities.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a related industry. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential, as the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-specific software and regulatory standards is also required.

A degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or another relevant medical science field is required.

Candidates should possess relevant experience in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, pharmacy operations, or technical support roles.

Required competencies include advanced digital literacy, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of or hands-on experience within Nigeria’s healthcare sector, along with the capacity to function proficiently in hospital-based settings.
