JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Proactively explore and establish business opportunities within the B2B marketplace to drive organizational growth and profitability.
Identify and engage potential dealers and corporate entities to expand the network of partners.
Forge strategic partnerships with potential clients while diligently managing and updating a comprehensive customer database.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Partner with the Sales Team to acquire new accounts, maintain existing relationships, and expand business opportunities by thoroughly assessing client requirements.
Generate business leads, actively pursue sales opportunities, and meticulously monitor sales progress while submitting weekly reports to track developments.
Collect and analyze regional market data, focusing on competitors, distributors, corporate entities engaged in business-to-business transactions, and promotional initiatives, then prepare comprehensive reports on these findings.
Assist in the execution of post-sales initiatives designed to uphold exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide dedicated assistance to the marketing team in implementing scheduled marketing initiatives.
Execute any additional responsibilities or tasks delegated by the manager as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of five years of progressive experience in a relevant field is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is mandatory. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is critical. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is advantageous. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher national diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position is required.
Professional qualifications pertinent to the role would be considered a valuable asset.
Proficient in data analytics techniques and Microsoft Office Suite applications, with a strong command of relevant tools and functionalities.
Aptitude for managing multiple tasks concurrently, engaging in strategic negotiations, meticulous planning, and effective execution is required.
