Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lagos for an End User Support Engineer.
This position requires delivering troubleshooting, technical assistance, and customer support on a daily basis, alongside specialized knowledge of operating systems.
Oversee and execute comprehensive project management duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, allocating resources efficiently while mitigating risks. Conduct regular progress assessments, address bottlenecks, and foster collaboration across teams to achieve deliverables on schedule. Lead stakeholder communication, providing transparent updates and resolving escalated issues promptly. Maintain meticulous documentation of project milestones, expenditures, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and compliance with established standards.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential.

Proficiency in implementing and managing Windows 11 within an enterprise setting, coupled with expertise in Microsoft Intune, patch management, and resolving network printer issues, is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in system design and architecture are also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate experience with agile methodologies, version control systems, and collaborative development practices. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are expected to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting roles is essential.
Relevant credentials, such as a Compton A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional certification, would be advantageous.
Demonstrated expertise in the telecommunications industry, having held positions within relevant organizations.
ITIL v4 certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
