The Support Desk Personnel will function as the principal on-site liaison for hospital staff and patients, addressing inquiries related to the organization’s acquired digital technology suite and oncology access programs. Their role is to alleviate operational challenges for hospital staff while ensuring smooth patient navigation through program workflows and diagnostic services.

Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing a broad spectrum of operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive plans, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across all facets of the role. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, resolve complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership to inform decision-making and strategic direction. Serve as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.

As the primary point of contact for technical and digital support, the role involves delivering system guidance and resolving basic user issues through effective troubleshooting methods.

Patient Navigation: Facilitate patient access to program pathways by guiding them through enrollment procedures and coordinating referrals to immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services.

The role involves overseeing program coordination, ensuring seamless integration of processes within hospital workflows, and promptly escalating operational challenges to the program team for resolution.

Maintain precise records of Support Desk operations and deliver regular operational analyses and summaries.

Ensure strict adherence to Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and hospital confidentiality protocols in all patient interactions and data handling practices.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of related professional experience are essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management and interpretation, and the ability to work independently are required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with a commitment to continuous learning. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is preferred.

A degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related medical science field is required.

Individuals with prior involvement in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, pharmacy operations, or technical support roles are encouraged to apply.

Required competencies include advanced digital literacy, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of or hands-on experience within Nigeria’s healthcare system, and the capability to function proficiently in hospital settings.
