Oversee and execute critical tasks to ensure seamless operations, including coordinating team efforts, managing workflows, and driving project timelines forward. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, resolve challenges, and foster innovation. As the primary point of contact for our digital platform, you will deliver technical and digital support by offering system guidance and resolving basic troubleshooting issues for users.
Patient Navigation involves guiding patients through program pathways, encompassing enrollment procedures and facilitating referrals to immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services.
Program Coordination: Serve as the liaison for streamlining program processes within hospital workflows, identifying operational challenges, and escalating insights to the program team for resolution.
Prepare comprehensive administrative reports by ensuring precise documentation of Support Desk operations and deliver regular operational summaries along with strategic insights.
Ensure strict adherence to NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) and hospital confidentiality protocols in all patient interactions and data management practices.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. The ideal applicant should demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions and collaborating effectively in team environments. Additionally, familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure are highly desirable.
A degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related medical science discipline is required.
