Perform comprehensive office administrative duties, such as handling telephone inquiries, compiling and maintaining spreadsheets and routine reports, managing email correspondence, and ensuring seamless daily operations for all functions within the office environment.
You must respond to all incoming emails within 24 hours, whether they originate from students, parents, university partners, management, or other stakeholders. Additionally, you are expected to address telephone inquiries from these same groups promptly, ensuring all communications are handled within the same 24-hour timeframe.
You will be responsible for promptly addressing all inquiries generated from marketing initiatives or provided by the director, with the objective of converting these prospects into applications and, ultimately, enrolling paying students.
You must thoroughly acquaint yourself with all existing and upcoming courses and procedures at partner institutions to ensure accurate student counseling, accepting applications only from candidates who satisfy the requisite admission criteria.
You will be responsible for evaluating each student’s application and conducting thorough due diligence to confirm their eligibility to meet the institution’s admission criteria, submit the necessary deposit and tuition fees upon enrollment, and verify that their application materials and supporting documents are authentic and free from forgery or fraud.

As a representative of BRIC, you may be tasked with establishing and nurturing partnerships with the British Council in Nigeria, as well as engaging with local educational institutions on behalf of the organization.
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all content creation and distribution across BRIC’s social media platforms to support marketing initiatives.
