As our Social Media Specialist, your role will encompass the execution of our content strategy and the management of our social media presence across all relevant platforms. You will be tasked with developing engaging, on-brand content, fostering meaningful interactions with our communities, and contributing to the growth of two beloved Nigerian brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Overseeing and sustaining our social media content calendar across all digital platforms remains a key responsibility of this role.

Crafting visually compelling photos, engaging short-form videos, and compelling captions that authentically embody our brand identity and voice.

Responsible for promptly publishing content and actively overseeing comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to ensure timely engagement and responsiveness.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints received through various digital channels promptly and professionally.

Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging trends, then conceptualize and propose innovative content ideas designed to captivate and engage target audiences effectively.

Providing assistance to campaigns, store openings, and events by developing and executing coordinated content creation strategies.

Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels and initiatives is essential. This role involves aligning efforts to maintain a unified brand voice and reinforcing consistency in all communications and strategies.

Seeking innovative ways to forge partnerships with influencers and cultivate engaging user-generated content initiatives remains a key focus of this role.

Analyzing performance data and presenting key insights to foster both growth and increased engagement.
