Job Summary
The Business Growth Manager (Training Services) spearheads revenue expansion initiatives by actively promoting and selling the company’s training solutions to both corporate clients and individual learners.
This position entails discovering untapped business prospects, cultivating high-value client connections, nurturing prospective leads, and finalizing transactions to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
The successful applicant will demonstrate initiative as a sales expert, possess a sharp commercial acumen, and exhibit a track record in selling training or professional services. Additionally, they will display a keen enthusiasm for business development and fostering customer success.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of essential duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational success and sustained growth. Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while aligning individual and departmental goals with overarching business objectives. Develop and implement robust policies, processes, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, and drive measurable outcomes. Serve as a pivotal liaison between senior leadership and frontline staff, facilitating transparent communication, alignment, and decision-making to uphold organizational integrity and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of five to seven years of demonstrated sales expertise is required, with preference given to candidates with experience in training, consulting, or business-to-business services.
A proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives and performance benchmarks.
Proficiency in the sale of non-tangible services, rather than physical products, is essential.
