Job Summary

Feeder is in search of a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth initiatives, including strategic partnerships, market expansion, and client account management. The ideal candidate will focus on securing and expanding medium to large-scale business accounts, cultivating meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and significantly boosting transaction volume and revenue across the platform.

Responsibilities for this role encompass overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements as needed. Additionally, you will oversee budget management, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with established policies and regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Partner with mid-sized to large-scale enterprises to establish Feeder as a reputable and enduring sourcing partner, facilitating acquisition and seamless onboarding processes.

Establish and nurture high-impact collaborations with major manufacturers and critical stakeholders, including distributors, logistics firms, financial institutions, governmental bodies, hospitality enterprises, and charitable organizations, to catalyze business expansion and platform scalability.

Spearhead growth initiatives by exploring untapped markets and regions, pinpointing strategic opportunities, and implementing comprehensive market entry plans with precision and efficiency.

Drive the expansion and stewardship of designated partner accounts to enhance activation rates, repeat transactions, and retention while consistently exceeding GMV and revenue targets.

Work collaboratively across Operations, Sales, and other key teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, accelerate initial transactions, and implement commercial initiatives with precision and efficiency.

Maintain precise pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports, providing essential support to the CEO in executing strategic business initiatives as needed.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with at least three years of experience in a similar role, proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello, and possessing strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, meet deadlines consistently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Additionally, the role requires a keen attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced setting. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or an equivalent discipline is required.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or a closely related commercial discipline, you are prepared to contribute effectively in this role.

Demonstrated success in securing and overseeing medium to large-scale corporate accounts.

Exceptional proficiency in negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with the ability to cultivate and maintain influential partnerships.

Accomplished in cultivating high-impact strategic alliances and spearheading initiatives that fuel revenue expansion.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, wholesale distribution networks, supply chain operations, procurement processes, or B2B marketplace environments is highly beneficial.
