A prominent Microfinance Bank is in search of driven and skilled candidates to participate in its Graduate Trainee Program. What You Will Do

Engage in organized training and development initiatives to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Acquire practical exposure to diverse banking operations and processes through immersive, real-world engagement.

Provide assistance to customer service, business development, operations, and other designated departments as assigned.

Acquire and implement banking policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates with precision and adherence to established standards.

Contribute to initiatives focused on attracting new customers and nurturing existing client relationships.

Compile reports and execute assigned administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

Facilitate the attainment of both departmental and organizational objectives through dedicated effort and strategic alignment with established targets.

Seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools is essential, along with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth workflows to achieve operational objectives.

A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field of study.

A minimum of a Second Class Lower Division (2:2) or a Lower Credit classification is required.

Must possess either a completed National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program or a valid exemption certificate.

Applicants must not exceed 27 years of age upon submitting their application.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, while fostering strong interpersonal relationships.

Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective evaluation of complex situations and the development of innovative solutions.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
