Job Summary

Our client is looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset and creative flair to propel brand expansion, implement cohesive marketing campaigns, and deepen audience connections.

This position is responsible for overseeing campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and stakeholder relations to elevate brand awareness and align efforts with overarching business goals across all channels.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to established protocols while fostering innovation and efficiency in daily processes. Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize resource allocation, and support team performance through clear guidance and constructive feedback. Monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain alignment with business goals. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of priorities.

Formulate and execute brand and marketing strategies that are in harmony with overarching business goals.

Perform comprehensive market research to analyze audience behavior, identify emerging market trends, and evaluate competitive activities.

Develop and implement cohesive marketing initiatives spanning digital, print, OOH, and broadcast platforms to maximize campaign reach and engagement.

Coordinate the organization’s marketing teams—comprising content creation, design, and social media—ensuring cohesive collaboration and strategic alignment across all functions.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategic adjustments to enhance engagement levels and maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining sponsorship opportunities as well as cultivating strategic partnerships to enhance organizational growth and visibility.

Develop and nurture strategic alliances with corporate entities, key stakeholders, and pertinent institutions to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities and oversee their management while ensuring adherence to all reporting obligations.

Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to generate comprehensive performance reports for leadership review and strategic decision-making.

Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar position. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with teams and stakeholders. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning. Familiarity with project management principles and prior leadership experience are highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Seeking a professional with five to seven years of hands-on experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or related fields to drive strategic initiatives and enhance brand positioning.

Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results, with a minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity. Strong ability to delegate tasks effectively, foster collaboration, and maintain high performance standards while mentoring team members to enhance their professional growth. Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, strategic planning, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Proven expertise in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications is required.

Possesses a strong track record in overseeing partnerships, sponsorships, corporate collaborations, and event coordination.

Proficiency in both written and oral communication is essential.

Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders effectively and coordinate team efforts seamlessly.

Proven capability to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies to enhance engagement and maximize return on investment.
