Role Purpose

The Growth and Marketing Specialist will oversee the complete growth lifecycle for Kyle Digital Bank, from initial acquisition through retention and revenue expansion. This role involves developing and implementing high-impact strategies aimed at accelerating user growth, enhancing activation rates, and maximizing customer lifetime value. By integrating innovative marketing initiatives with data-driven insights, experimentation, and product-led growth methodologies, you will drive scalable expansion in a dynamic fintech landscape.

What you will be doing everyday

Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies encompassing the entire customer journey, from acquisition and activation through retention, revenue generation, and referral programs.

We specialize in user acquisition and performance marketing, overseeing both paid and organic channels to acquire high-caliber users efficiently while minimizing customer acquisition costs.

Campaign ideation and execution entails developing and deploying comprehensive multichannel initiatives encompassing social media, Email/SMS, content marketing, referral programs, and in-app campaigns.

Responsibilities include overseeing all Kyle social media channels, fostering dynamic and engaged online communities, and developing content designed to achieve viral impact.

Develop and implement targeted retention initiatives, reactivation campaigns, and loyalty programs with the goal of enhancing user engagement and driving higher transaction volumes.

Product-Led Growth and Experimentation involve identifying strategic growth loops, executing high-velocity A/B tests, and collaborating closely with the Product team to refine onboarding processes, feature performance, and user journey optimization.

Craft and implement a dynamic content and creative strategy to develop engaging marketing materials—including short videos, graphics, emails, and WhatsApp broadcasts—tailored to resonate with the intended audience.

Analyze and interpret key growth metrics to generate actionable insights, then present findings through clear, concise reports. Leverage data-driven methodologies to uncover hidden opportunities and propose strategic initiatives that drive measurable growth.

Budget Management & Optimization: Efficiently allocate and optimize the growth marketing budget across paid media channels, performance-driven tools, and strategic activations to maximize ROI and ensure fiscal responsibility.

What We Look For In You

We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in technical proficiencies pertinent to the role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience in software development methodologies, version control systems like Git, and familiarity with frameworks relevant to our technology stack. Additionally, knowledge of database management, including SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling, is required, as is an understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are also critical. The ideal applicant will demonstrate adaptability to evolving technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline is required.

With a proven track record spanning three to five years in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, ideally within the Fintech, Banking, or SaaS sectors, you bring a dynamic blend of strategic insight and execution excellence.

Demonstrates a strong track record in Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing.

Achieved measurable success in expanding user acquisition and consistently meeting ambitious growth objectives.

Skilled in utilizing Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and mobile attribution platforms to drive campaign performance and measure impact effectively.

Proficient in A/B testing methodologies, funnel optimization strategies, and established growth frameworks such as AA RRR (Pirate Metrics) and similar models.

Skilled in utilizing email and SMS platforms such as Breve, customer relationship management systems, and foundational analytics tools, with a preferred background in SQL.

Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Figma, or equivalent software is required.
