Cultivate and sustain strong connections with key loan clients by employing strategic sourcing methods and engaging in proactive outreach initiatives.

Analyze clients’ financial objectives and propose customized borrowing solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

Achieve and surpass monthly sales objectives, thereby driving revenue expansion.

Promote and cross-sell the company’s products effectively while collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.

Perform initial assessments of loan applications to proactively identify and address potential risks.

Monitor loan performance diligently and proactively follow up with clients to facilitate prompt repayments, providing intervention and support in recovery situations as required.

Proactively contact clients regarding outstanding obligations and deploy strategic recovery measures aligned with established company policies.

Guarantee adherence to regulatory mandates and internal protocols across all sales and recovery operations.

Prepare comprehensive sales reports and deliver them with clarity, utilizing market intelligence to engage and maintain a robust client base.

Provide outstanding client support by ensuring transparent communication and maintaining regular interactions with customers.

Facilitate sales strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A minimum of three years of experience in project coordination or a related field is mandatory, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is essential. The ability to prioritize workloads, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain confidentiality is required. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experienced professionals with a proven track record of 3 to 5 years in credit sales, lending, or comparable financial services roles are encouraged to apply.
