REQUIRED PROFILE
With a minimum of three years of experience in key account or institutional sales within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, you will bring a strong foundation to this role.
Professional experience managing corporate or structured retail accounts is required; open market sales experience does not qualify.
Individuals with prior experience in handling or managing physical goods, including but not limited to tissue products, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), beverages, and food items, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Accomplished negotiation expertise and adept account management capabilities are essential for this role, enabling the effective handling of client relationships and strategic deal-making.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to operate effectively without constant oversight. Proven ability to manage tasks autonomously, delivering consistent results while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of performance.
Daily field data collection and the preparation of structured weekly progress reports are required.
Accomplished in driving targets forward, this role demands a strong commercial acumen and disciplined approach to achieving results.
