You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all store and logistics functions, encompassing receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
Formulate and execute logistics strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency in warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.
Direct oversight of both store and warehouse personnel is required, with a focus on driving exceptional performance and strictly adhering to all safety and quality protocols.
Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate and enhance efficiency throughout the supply chain.
Ensure the precision of inventory records by conducting routine audits to verify stock accuracy consistently.
Work collaboratively with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure supply chain operations are fully aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all logistics and warehousing activities.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and spearhead ongoing improvement initiatives throughout the stores and logistics operations.
We are seeking candidates with a strong educational background and relevant professional experience to join our team. Applicants must possess a degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related field. Ideal candidates will have completed advanced coursework or certifications that enhance their expertise. Additionally, we value applicants who demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in their area of specialization.
Accumulated a decade or more of hands-on expertise in senior-level logistics and stores management positions.
Demonstrates in-depth expertise in inventory systems, warehousing operations, and supply chain management.
Proficiency in utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms—such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable systems—through direct operational involvement is required.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage complex projects, and convey ideas with clarity and precision.
Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure environments while consistently delivering results within stringent deadline constraints.
A degree or professional certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields such as CAPS, CULT, CSCP, or CPIM is required.
