Job Summary
Denote Cement Transport seeks a skilled, results-driven professional to join our team in Book and Capella. This individual will oversee the full scope of supply chain operations, with particular emphasis on warehouse management, inventory oversight, procurement alignment, and logistical performance. In this strategic role, the candidate will enhance storage infrastructure, guarantee punctual deliveries, and contribute to the achievement of our operational objectives.
Oversee and execute critical duties and obligations associated with the position, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures. Assume responsibility for a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational coordination, and performance evaluation. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all store and logistics functions, encompassing receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
Design and execute logistics strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency in warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
Oversee the store and warehouse teams, providing leadership and guidance to maintain optimal performance while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance operational efficiency throughout the supply chain.
Oversee precise inventory documentation and verify stock accuracy by conducting routine audits.
Work collaboratively with procurement, production, and sales teams to synchronize supply chain operations with organizational objectives.
Maintain adherence to health, safety, and regulatory protocols across all logistics and warehousing activities.
Evaluate potential cost-saving measures and spearhead ongoing enhancement initiatives throughout the retail and logistics operations.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in [specific industry or role, if applicable]. Ideal applicants will possess a strong academic background coupled with practical expertise, demonstrating proficiency in [specific skills or software, if applicable]. Proven ability to lead, organize, and communicate effectively at all levels.
Demonstrates strong performance under pressure while consistently delivering results within stringent time constraints.
A degree or professional qualification in a field relevant to Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or certifications such as CAPS, CULT, CSCP, or CPIM is required.
