Maintain and furnish pre-existing sales information promptly as required.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date digital log of all goods received and issued transactions.
Conduct daily inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Responsible for accepting damaged, or defective inventory returned from field locations and organizing it for subsequent disposal processes.
Perform monthly inventory audits to verify stock levels and ensure accurate records.
Oversee the complete inventory of spare parts and ensure timely reordering processes are maintained to prevent stock outs and maintain operational efficiency.
Compiles and analyzes data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports. Prepares detailed financial, operational, or performance reports based on gathered information. Verifies data sources and conducts thorough reviews to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and align reporting standards. Presents findings in clear, concise formats suitable for stakeholders at various levels. Ensures timely submission of reports in accordance with deadlines and organizational guidelines. Maintains confidentiality and adheres to compliance requirements throughout the reporting process.
Compile and present daily inventory reports for stakeholders’ review.
Each day, compile and present reports on stock that has been issued, focusing on items requiring replacement or replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Repairs electrical, mechanical, and structural components by diagnosing issues, replacing defective parts, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Troubleshoots complex systems using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address recurring problems and implements preventive measures to minimize future failures. Maintains detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and workplace safety protocols.
Manages repairs and oversees the spare parts inventory to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Maintain responsibility for the repair tools and tool kits.
Conduct preliminary inspections of defective units to ensure they are suitable for replacement.
Perform fundamental repair work on products returned within the warranty period.

Greet and assist walk-in customers by addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
Upon receipt of defective components, conduct a comprehensive evaluation to diagnose the underlying technical malfunction and subsequently ascertain warranty coverage eligibility by performing a series of rigorous technical assessments.
Provide support to Energy Officers and collaborate with the Call Center to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
