Identify and acquire new retail clients, MSMEs, cooperatives, and high-net-worth individuals through proactive field visits and strategic networking initiatives.
Prospect and promote savings accounts, checking accounts, and fixed-term deposit products to ensure monthly sales objectives are consistently achieved.
Act as the main liaison for depositors, guaranteeing the preservation of funds until they reach maturity.
Educate individuals without access to banking services or those with limited banking options about the advantages and safety of utilizing formal micro-banking solutions.
Ensure full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements throughout the onboarding process.
Monitor sales performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and deposit volumes, and prepare comprehensive daily or weekly reports for submission to the Spline Manager.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, is required. Additionally, candidates must exhibit problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
