Maintain precise records of all dispatched items and verify quantities against requisition orders. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Adhere to established protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the ongoing management and updating of stock cards to ensure accurate inventory records.
Maintain and supply stock sales information promptly whenever requested.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date digital log for both incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly and comprehensively.
Conduct daily inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Receive defective stock from various field locations and compile it for disposal.
Perform monthly inventory counts to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels and identify any discrepancies in the warehouse or retail environment.
Oversee the complete inventory of spare parts and ensure timely re-orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
Compiles and presents detailed reports on operational performance, financial outcomes, and project progress. Analyzes data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and verify data integrity. Prepares executive summaries and visual representations to facilitate informed decision-making. Maintains documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Collaborates with maintenance teams to maintain comprehensive records of service activities and equipment performance. Adheres to strict safety protocols and industry regulations to guarantee a secure working environment. Demonstrates proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to accurately interpret repair procedures. May occasionally train junior technicians or provide guidance on best maintenance practices.
Manages repairs and oversees the management of spare parts inventory to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Assume responsibility for the upkeep, organization, and secure storage of all repair tools and tool kits.
Perform basic check on the faulty units before replacement

Upon receipt of defective components, conduct a thorough assessment to diagnose the underlying technical issue and subsequently validate warranty coverage eligibility by performing a series of technical verification procedures.
Assist Energy Officers by collaborating with the Call Center to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and promptly.
