Responsibilities
Oversee the comprehensive audit, design, implementation, and full execution of solar power solutions.
Serve as the central hub, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Craft comprehensive standard operating procedures alongside stringent quality and safety protocols specifically tailored for solar installation projects.
Accurately evaluate customers’ energy consumption and cost profiles. Proficient in optimally designing solar power solutions.
Manage several projects concurrently, each at different phases of development and construction, spanning local and regional locations.
Design solar systems tailored to customer specifications, including mini-grid and rooftop solar solutions. Collaborate with customers and engineers to evaluate equipment needs and establish system requirements.
Capable of converting intricate solar, electrical, and civil design plans from conceptual stages into executable field installations.
Liaise with internal and external teams across the organization to facilitate smooth and efficient project delivery.
Handling document submissions and approvals, scheduling tasks, conducting inspections, and preparing comprehensive checklists for reviewing all standard procedures are core responsibilities.
We oversee the complete lifecycle of solar projects, encompassing both rooftop and ground-mounted installations, as well as providing ongoing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and service support.
Proficiently operate portable energy audit instruments, including power analyzers and data loggers, to conduct comprehensive assessments of energy consumption and performance.
Conduct comprehensive site assessments to identify optimal solutions for enhancing suitability, ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints.
Assess configurations and space evaluations for solar panels, as well as other supported electrical equipment, including cable selection for the plant. Develop layouts, schematic diagrams, and perform technical sizing calculations, along with preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).
To deliver accurate and timely weekly or fortnightly status reports and dashboards, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of progress and key metrics.
Offer expert technical leadership and assistance to installation crews throughout the phases of installation, start-up, commissioning, testing, and ongoing performance evaluation.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues arising from installation processes.
