Operate and maintain a variety of production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Collaborate with maintenance teams to address technical issues promptly and restore operations as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines while executing tasks with precision and attention to detail. Document maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and any corrective actions taken to maintain accurate records.
Adhere to established production schedules and guarantee that all deadlines are consistently achieved.
Ensure that production and electrical systems adhere to all applicable safety regulations and standards.
Conduct thorough quality assurance evaluations to verify that all products adhere to established standards and specifications.
Always adhere to established safety protocols without exception.
Maintain meticulous records of all production activities and outputs to ensure comprehensive documentation and compliance with established standards.
Partner with various departments to enhance production workflows, ensuring that goals are met by providing prompt technical support.
Provide comprehensive orientation and hands-on instruction to new hires regarding production workflows and the operation of machinery and tools.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT sector. Must possess strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential, along with expertise in risk management and budget oversight. Excellent communication abilities are required to liaise with stakeholders and ensure project alignment with business objectives. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering, is mandatory. Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
Preferred candidates will hold an Associate Degree in a technical discipline.
We seek candidates with three to four years of relevant professional experience in the field.
Candidates should possess prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Proficient in the operation and upkeep of production machinery is required, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime through adherence to established protocols and routine maintenance procedures.
Proficiency in safety protocols and regulatory standards is essential.
