This individual will be responsible for overseeing the web and mobile platforms that customers depend on for sending, tracking, and managing their cross-border payments.

Oversee the execution of primary duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and organizational objectives. Design and develop responsive web applications as well as cross-platform mobile applications.
Drive critical frontend architecture choices, including state management strategies, performance optimization techniques, and component-level design patterns.
Translate intricate financial processes—such as FX quotes, transfers, KYC, and transaction histories—into seamless, transparent, and user-friendly interfaces that inspire confidence and ease of use.
Develop and uphold a unified component library while ensuring a cohesive design system for web and mobile platforms.
Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and real-time payment processes to ensure robust and efficient transaction handling.
Deliver exceptional performance, ensure high accessibility standards, and maintain reliable customer-facing interfaces.
Collaborate closely with design and product teams to actively contribute to the creation and refinement of the user experience, rather than merely executing predefined implementations.
Requirements
With a minimum of five years dedicated to frontend engineering, candidates should demonstrate substantial expertise in this field.
Experienced professionals with a proven track record in Vue.js development are sought after. Candidates must showcase tangible evidence of proficiency and deep understanding in Vue.js framework applications.
Demonstrated proficiency in React, with a proven track record of successful implementation and deep understanding of its core principles.
Skilled in developing and deploying mobile applications using React Native, with a proven track record of production-level experience.
Proficiency in state management techniques, API integration methodologies, and responsive design principles is required.
Ability to transform intricate workflows into intuitive and functional user interfaces is essential, with a strong emphasis on streamlining complexity into accessible designs.
Experienced professionals with a keen eye for exceptional user experience and meticulous attention to detail in user-facing product design are encouraged to apply.
Bonus points:
Proficiency in fintech applications or systems that handle a high volume of transactions is required.
Proficient in TypeScript and well-versed in contemporary development toolkits, particularly Site.
