Job Summary:

We are in search of a dynamic, outcome-focused, and meticulously organized Social Media Strategist to become part of our team. The successful applicant will craft and implement comprehensive social media strategies designed to elevate brand recognition, cultivate qualified leads, foster meaningful audience engagement, and drive sustainable business expansion. This position further encompasses responsibilities in graphic design, content development, and the execution of digital marketing initiatives spanning various social media channels.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives, foster innovation, and maintain high performance standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating clear, consistent communication. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk management across the department. Monitor progress through performance metrics, KPIs, and regular evaluations, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting professional growth and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Craft and execute impactful social media strategies that are fully aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities.

Develop compelling and pertinent content tailored for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and additional digital channels.

Create engaging graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials with a strong emphasis on visual appeal using industry-standard design software.

Oversee the company’s social media platforms with a focus on sustaining cohesive brand communication.

Develop and execute a structured content calendar, leveraging social media management platforms to schedule and disseminate posts in a timely and strategic manner.

Analyze social media trends, track competitor actions, and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Develop and implement strategic social media marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, fostering audience engagement, and generating high-quality leads.

Examine campaign effectiveness and generate regular reports that offer practical recommendations.

Professionally interact with digital communities by addressing comments, messages, and inquiries in a courteous manner.

Guarantee that all content adheres to the company’s established brand identity and communication guidelines at all times.

The ideal candidate must meet several key qualifications to be considered for this opportunity. They should possess at least five years of hands-on experience in a relevant field, supported by a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools and software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the applicant must demonstrate a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

Established track record in roles such as Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer is required.

Proven expertise in graphic design, coupled with advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar applications.

Proven expertise in crafting compelling narratives, producing high-quality written content, and creating persuasive marketing copy.

Demonstrates a strong grasp of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising strategies.

Experienced in overseeing corporate social media profiles and executing paid promotional initiatives.

Exceptional interpersonal abilities, inventive thinking, and meticulous organizational proficiency are required.

Capable of working autonomously while consistently meeting established deadlines.
