Responsibilities

Craft, curate, and distribute engaging, high-caliber content tailored for multiple digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Devise and oversee strategic content calendars tailored to diverse clients and brands, ensuring seamless alignment with broader marketing initiatives and campaign objectives.

Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to maintain cohesive and compelling storytelling while upholding brand consistency.

Monitor community interactions and foster audience engagement to strengthen brand loyalty through proactive management and strategic communication.

Evaluate performance metrics spanning all social media platforms and campaigns to refine posting strategies and guide content development efforts.

Develop detailed reports analyzing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and emerging trends for internal stakeholders and client evaluation.

Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes creativity, innovation, and teamwork within the social media department, ensuring strategies remain dynamic, compelling, and aligned with current trends.

Monitor emerging trends, algorithmic advancements, and platform developments to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge and highly competitive.

Assist in the strategic development and implementation of organic and paid initiatives across various digital channels.

Responsible for managing social media coverage and immediate amplification of client events, encompassing on-site content creation, live updates, and comprehensive post-event summaries to enhance visibility and audience interaction.

Provide guidance on social media best practices to the broader team and play an active role in fostering internal knowledge exchange.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent level of professional experience, is required.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in social media management is required, ideally within a digital agency or media environment.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and overseeing high-impact social media campaigns across leading digital platforms.

Exceptional writing and editing capabilities are essential, enabling the ability to tailor tone and style to align with diverse brand identities and target audiences.

Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or comparable tools is required.

Proficiency in video content creation and editing tools is considered advantageous.

Proficiency in leveraging social media algorithms, analyzing performance metrics, and adhering to content optimization strategies is essential.
