Description

We seek a dynamic Social Media Manager with a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to enhance brand presence, foster audience interaction, and achieve marketing goals across diverse digital platforms.

This position involves more than simply publishing content; it demands expertise in leveraging social media to foster growth, cultivate trust, and align with organizational objectives.

You’ll collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists to develop impactful campaigns, oversee day-to-day operations, and monitor performance to guarantee measurable results.

Key duties involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations, and managing a team to achieve performance targets. Collaborating with cross-functional departments to align on strategic objectives and streamline processes is essential. Additionally, the role requires analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary to drive continuous improvement and maintain high operational standards.

Formulate and implement strategic social media content plans that are fully aligned with established brand objectives.

Develop innovative campaign concepts and craft detailed content briefs, then compose compelling captions to accompany them.

Oversee routine operations on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, and other emerging social media platforms.

Track and analyze evolving trends, ongoing conversations, and emerging opportunities as they pertain to client brands.

Partner with creative teams to transform concepts into tangible, innovative deliverables.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas requiring enhancement, then deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Provide live coverage and engagement for brand events and campaign activations to amplify reach and interaction.

The position necessitates a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a pertinent discipline is mandatory, though an advanced degree may be advantageous. The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices within the industry is highly desirable.
