Description

Oversee a diverse range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, implementing strategic solutions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve conflicts, and foster a cohesive working environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards while mitigating risks. Develop and execute action plans to achieve departmental and organizational goals, driving continuous growth and innovation.

Deliver meticulously maintained financial records and accounting documentation with precision and thoroughness.

Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

Prepare invoices, reconcile financial accounts, and monitor incoming and outgoing payments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Facilitate the preparation and completion of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee compensation. Additionally, administer statutory remittances in accordance with regulatory guidelines, maintaining compliance with all applicable payroll tax and reporting obligations.

Prepare monthly financial statements and executive accounting summaries.

Provide support in budget development, expense monitoring, and financial assessment activities.

Ensure adherence to all applicable financial regulations and internal control frameworks to maintain organizational integrity and mitigate risk.

We seek candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Applicants must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in industry-standard software. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and advanced certifications or specialized training are highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

Minimum of four years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping is required.

Proficiency in accounting principles and financial procedures is essential for this role.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, along with a solid command of accounting software platforms, is essential.

Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, quantitative reasoning, and the preparation of insightful reports is essential.

ICAN, ARCA, ATS, or an equivalent professional qualification significantly enhances your candidacy.
