Description

We seek a dynamic Social Media Manager who combines creativity with strategic thinking to elevate brand presence, foster meaningful audience interaction, and achieve key marketing goals across diverse digital platforms.

This position extends beyond mere content distribution; it demands expertise in leveraging social media to fuel growth, cultivate trust, and align with broader business objectives.

You’ll collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists to develop engaging campaigns, oversee daily operations, and monitor performance metrics to guarantee measurable results.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement across key business processes. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance while mitigating risks. Analyze data trends, performance metrics, and market insights to inform decision-making and support evidence-based strategies. Serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and maintain transparent communication channels. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies to uphold organizational integrity and reputation.

Craft and implement strategic social media content plans that are fully aligned with overarching brand objectives.

Develop innovative campaign concepts, draft comprehensive content briefs, and craft compelling, engaging captions.

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

Analyze and track evolving trends, discussions, and potential opportunities pertinent to client brands to inform strategic decision-making.

Work collaboratively with creative teams to transform concepts into tangible executions, ensuring seamless alignment between vision and delivery.

Monitor key performance indicators and deliver data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancement and strategic growth.

Provide live coverage and engagement for brand events and campaign activations.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in a similar role, and proficiency in industry-specific software or tools. Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines are essential. Additional requirements include excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Candidates should also demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
