Drive the delivery van to ensure timely transportation of products while upholding vehicle cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Facilitate the efficient loading of gas cylinders onto vehicles by providing support to the operators.
Responsible for overseeing van inventory, performing daily stock reconciliation, and documenting any discrepancies that arise.
Accurately document all sales transactions, customer interactions, and delivery records to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems is essential. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are required. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with tax compliance, audit preparation, or cost accounting is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is mandatory.
