Job Summary
We seek a conscientious and diligent cleaner to uphold cleanliness standards and assist in the smooth functioning of daily office and site operations.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and achieve measurable outcomes. Serve as a liaison between senior management and frontline employees, fostering transparent communication and aligning departmental objectives with broader company strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors, as well as tidying office spaces and adjacent areas to ensure a hygienic and orderly environment.
Dust all furniture, equipment, and surfaces thoroughly to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Ensure meticulous cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards by thoroughly washing toilets and maintaining pristine conditions in all facilities.
Remove waste materials and ensure the cleanliness of designated disposal zones.
As needed, replenish toiletries and cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Provide support by performing various routine tasks and errands as needed.
Ensure all maintenance or cleaning supply concerns are promptly reported for resolution.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role, proficiency in project management software, and demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams. Must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is essential, along with the capacity to mentor junior team members. Additional requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and willingness to travel as needed.
Residing within Area 8, Gorki, or the surrounding vicinity is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Professional cleaning experience is a prerequisite for this position.
