Job Summary:

We are in search of a self-assured, articulate, and client-centric Customer Service Representative to strengthen our skincare brand’s team. The preferred candidate will oversee customer engagements primarily through WhatsApp and other digital platforms, deliver precise product details, and uphold an outstanding customer experience that embodies the brand’s voice and principles.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical functions, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive project execution, while maintaining rigorous adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints. Conduct thorough performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Oversee budget preparation, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison between senior management and departments, facilitating transparent communication and streamlined decision-making processes. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, positioning the organization for sustained success. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, mitigating risks and upholding corporate integrity.

Handle customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms with professionalism and responsiveness.

Deliver comprehensive product expertise, personalized skincare advice, and tailored recommendations to clients.

Manage customer orders, address complaints, and conduct follow-ups with a composed and effective approach.

Deliver communications in a manner that is consistently warm, persuasive, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date order records to ensure precision in all transactions.

Facilitate sales conversion by delivering clear and persuasive communication while providing comprehensive product education.

Foster enduring customer connections to cultivate recurring sales.

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience is necessary. Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical. Knowledge of GAAP standards and tax regulations is a must. Experience with financial reporting and auditing processes is preferred.

Strong proficiency in written communication, with particular expertise in WhatsApp chat etiquette, is required.

A professional with a confident, articulate, and customer-focused demeanor, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Individuals should possess a solid grasp of skincare formulations and regimens or demonstrate a keen enthusiasm for the beauty and personal care industry.

A polished, professional demeanor and impeccable personal hygiene are essential requirements for this role.

Proven capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining clear and effective communication with customers.
